Its aston shell just search here you will find all you need and yes its for XP

search for vista sidebar, there are versions that are xp compatible.

be careful about using aston though if you don’t know what you’re doing it can mess up your OS. what aston does is let you make a completely new GUI for windows (like that screenshot). its pretty simple to use but i seen people complain about it ruining their current OS.
also note that it uses quite a few of resources so be sure you have a decent computer.
