someone with a little knowledge of lawyer/court business
August 5th, 2016
I take the lawsuit paper that the prosecutor presents & deliver a copy from it to the defendant(s) and take his signature as a proof that he knows about the lawsuit & it’s hearing date in the court .
it’s a distributing work !
But unfortunately in my country we uses the oldest & most underdeveloped way to do the work , So I thought about doing a researches online to know how other countries run that job
And since I don’t know the definition of that work in English , I can’t go anywhere .
so please If you have the knowledge about anything that could help me in that task ( starting from the name of the job ) , I’d appreciate it .
we could talk freely via skype or viber ( If possible ) to illustrate more ..
regards ,
So you are basically a court/state appointed process server?
You don’t even need a signature to be served here, you do however need to make sure of the identity of the person/s being summoned.
I was a process server for a while in the USA but my knowledge of law is very limited.
Probably the last place you are going to find anyone with a good working knowledge of the legal system is here in OT @ wbb.
BUT…you never know.
i don’t know about english but in french it’s “commis de la cour”

That’s called a Process Server, but for someone to help you, they’d need to know the country you are in, and they’d have to either be from that country, or be an expert in international law, since law is not universal, and if the wrong procedures are followed in your country, you could violate the laws of your country..
thank you guys , atleast I know the name of the job
what I’m seeking is knowing how other countries run this job
@
I’d love to chat with you if you have the time , to know more about the job procedures in the US
sounds like a bailiff
A “summons” is a written notice to appear in court. The process by which a summons is served is called service of process.
