Simple file verification (SFV) is a file format for storing CRC32 checksums of files in order to verify the integrity of files. SFV can be used to detect random corruptions in a file, but cannot be used for checking authenticity in any meaningful way. Right click the sfv file and select open with, then select notepad.
then ?
after choosing the notepad , what I must do ?
Then you get the CRC32 information of the files. You can use it to check the integrity of the files you downloaded.
That file has no function so you can ignore or delete it.
SFV is just to check and see if the files you downloaded are ok. Download QuickSFV:

You are not required to do anything with it, if you don’t have any problem with the files themselves.

You don’t need it for anything but it’s there to check your files.

Did you download .001?
001 is there in the folder the info you open with notepad
the others probably hjsplit to join them starting with flt-bsos.001 or they may be rar files to open with winrar again from 001
I downloaded all files ir’s a game called STALINGRAD .
u need to merge the “.001”, “.002”, etc using HJSplit

ok files joined I must burn now ?if it is an ISO(or any other DVD image) u can burn it right away or u can also mount it and make it a virtual drive.. but burning it to a dvd is less tedious
it’s not iso and Deamon tools canoot read that kind of file I will try to burn directly to the dvd ?

the file is merged.. now he is having trouble with identifying the type HJSplit can join rar files if they are named in right format(.001), however they won’t work and I believe that’s the case here.
problem solved :
You joined the files together before you tried to open them with winrar, that`s why its looking for the next fie in the sequence. Right click on the 001 file
Then select open, then select winrar. Like I said before you may have to locate it in its directory. Then you should be able to extract the ISO

Like mentioned, install QUICKSFV, then you can rigbht click the SFV file and choose “VERIFY FILES” and it will check if all files are OK
You can ignore this file, its not very important. All it does it checks for errors.
