[SOLVED]upgrading to vista ultimate

i just got a new laptop and it came with vista home basic. i want to upgrade to ultimate using this

will i have any problems if i choose to just update and not do a fresh install…
im sure some of you would have tried it. so please let me know if there were any problems

The link is for a fresh installation of Vista Ultimate not an upgrade which is what you need I don’t think it will work but I may be wrong.

i think every windows vista dvd includes an option to upgrade, i’ve checked it with my old disc….

You can’t upgrade..You will have to reformat and install the Vista Ultimate…And that version will install the bios emulation activation crack in your boot sector…Your Vista is no longer Legit…

ok just found out that ill need a windows anytime upgrade to do it…. guess was right…
