[SOLVED]need help…having trouble with downloading..

my issue has started this morning for sum reason…no matter what download link i click on im having trouble with it not loading at all just continues to load or what not..and its with all of them anyone can tell me what might be the issue with this??? i just have windows 7 and regular internet explorer….thanks for any help…
***update…ive tried rapidgator which i have a premium for..billionsupload, bitshare any share site to try to download and all it does is it refreshes like its gonna get the link but nothing pops up…very irritating ive never run into this issue…

Just change dns to google dns or
open dns and see if it works cheers

ok for now i believe i found the issue some program was the issue for the stopping of the files to pop up to download its working now..so thank you….
