[solved]can’t play movies after i did factory reset

here is the picture so you can see first hand what it says

Ok heres the thing after i did a system reset to the factory original state when i try to play my movies thats the message i get now
but b4 everything was fine i downloaded the storm codex that i usually install but nothing works if anyone come up with something let me know thanks
EDITED i figured out the problem i downloaded a new security protection KASPERSKY and it does not seem to let my media player classic play but when i turn off the protection it plays right away
now i got to figure out how to tell it to let it play
ok here how you fix it if someone comes across the same thing In kaspersky go to security zone then click on application activity
the in the category scroll down to blocked find your media player that is blocked and hit trusted that is all sorry for the wast of time i should of hold of to ask people cuz this took 20min to solve lol
