[Solved]Best Software For Bootable CD burning?

I havent burnt Cd’s in a long time
anyway
whats the best app for burning a bootable CD
(.dmg fiel btw)
And i just told my friend i would frmat his mac so is there any difference.

you can do it in Nero, start burning rom>>CD-ROM(bootable) burn at slow speeds (reduce errors) and done
