My guess, It’s a corporate computer, The BIOS is password protected and he’s trying to circumvent
security for malicious purposes! Not gonna help with this one.
Was thinking of a theory:
1. Boot into safemode.
2. Create a guest account.
3. Boot into guest account.
4. Execute run, type in “controluserpasswords 2”.

Then you just get “access denied”. That’s the whole idea, why would a guest account be able to control administrator passwords
If you want to crack into a computer without using any bootable software, I suggest you take out the HDD and whack it in another computer =)

Bad Guess…! Sorry Bro. I have a gr8 Bootable softwares which i have got from ‘Warez-BB’ couple years ago. But i wanna try this in my PC without any bootable softwares my friends says its possible. I Googled it couldnt fine any.. so plz help.

I don’t really think you can do it without a bootable program sorry. Windows security may be dumb, but it’s not THAT dumb. If you are not an administrator, there is nothing you can do about it.
