Administration software for tracking events

So let me explain better than in previous thread. I need Administration program that will keep log of events on computer. Something like parental control (Net Nanny, Windows Family Safety) and similar software. And ability to send e-mail in real time for some events e.g. when application starts.
Same thread as this was binned with message: “Hacking, fraud, drug related, porn and political/religious discussions are not allowed, even if educational. ”
I don’t see anything of that in my post that was binned. So if admin bin this thread please explain why.

Net Nanny, Windows Family Safety is used as Parental Control Software and mostly used for kids safety..
In your previous topic you asked for something to spy on workers and people replied with Keylogger links..
Keylogger = Hacking and that’s not allowed according to the forum rules..
