Bootable CD from Bootable Floppy?(SOLVED)

To do a BIOS update I need to make a bootable CD but the BIOS update specifies a floppy drive. I have an old desktop with both CD and Floppy drives. If I use the Bios utility to make the bootable floppy can I just copy it as an image to make a bootable cd instead?

Thanks I had tried all of that before. Just going to give ip log on to Amazon and buy a USB Floppy
