How can i solve this problem without replacing the windows?

Answer #1
Boot into safe mode.
Run Rkill. This will terminate any rogue processes that stop you from installing programs. Scan with Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware. That should take care of most of the infections.

Impossible,A bootable disc does not run from the OS itself so it cannot be affected.
You clearly done something wrong here.

Answer #6
Rkill doesn’t protect you from getting viruses. Its merely a simple program that kills processes from viruses that you’ve already received. You use it before you scan so that everything in the scan will run normally.

That isn’t good… that might mean something more than a virus.
Try running a Check Disk Scan.
To run a check disk "chkdsk" scan, follow these steps:
1)Navigate to the Start (Windows) Button at the bottom left hand corner of your screen. Click on it.
2)In the search box, type chkdsk, and right click on the item that shows up in the results and select "Run as Administrator".
3)Follow the instructions that follow.
This scan will show you if there is anything wrong with your Hard Drive, and will repair any problems it may find.

Ferekikoo, have you tried the Kaspersky VRT as suggested by Gjoksi? You don’t need to be in Safe Mode to run it.
Decypher, or it might mean the virus is not letting him into safe mode

It’s possible, though I’ve never actually come across a virus that was smart enough to do that personally.

You need to boot from a CD, not your HDD (which is infected). As Roberto said, you did something wrong if it didn’t work. Go back and try again!

You don’t need an antivirus to not get viruses; just use the AV’s primary component, your brain.
We had a long thread on this a while back, and tbh, I don’t even know why I use an AV. I’ve been computing for 18 years now, and never once has an AV done anything at all to help me. I just find my self disabling AV features so I can do stuff like run experimental software, cracks, and interesting websites.

I think Booting from CD is a good idea, would you help me find a good copy has an updated Anti Virus to do so?
