[Solved] is there way to replace GRUB 2?

I’m running win 7 and linux and i just hate GRUB 2. I’ve been trying to find a way to replace it with something else but can’t find anything! My main problem with it is that if i format the linux partition i can’t load windows, ill have to find a win7 disc and repair them… I’m currently using VMware to run linux but..meh..its not the same
P.S. : i once even used a mac osx disc so i would load win7 from chameleon xD
