What does ‘hastilan jd oi’ mean when posted in reply to a picture on a message board?

Yeah I’m sure. My pinay girlfriend won’t tell me. It’s something one of her friends left on a pic I posted. I’m not sure if I was insulted or praised

I’d worked out the first word is an interjection. The other 2 had me wondering. I’ll take it as a compliment from one of her male friends. The pic is a rather stunning photomanip wallpaper I made.
