Solution to quiet a loud computer tower?

Use good fans.
If you are using big fans they are usually quiet anyway as they have much lower rpm than smaller 12cm fans.
Exactly what case and what fans are you looking at?
Make sure to get a silent CPU fan. I have a Thermalright Archon

It’s so quiet, I am now even bothered by just the vibration of the hard disks, which means there is basically no other noise from the case You are just never happy. At least my main SSD is silent, lol.
You can buy cases that are virtually very quiet. Have you brought your case yet, and if so which one.
But companies like antec make very quiet cases, and your right not to want a noisy case, as it can be annoying, those cheap cases, make alot of noise.
As above ^^^
If you still think it’s noisy you can always get something like AcoustiPack soundproofing kits.

Gotta love them TY-140/TY-150s.

Not entirely true.
If you want go to Silent, why not throw in some convenience as well.
Go for those fans that have Magnetic bearings.
Gelid Gamer Wing 12’s, Enermax TB Vegas Duo.

You will kill the mosfets faster this way, the cpu cooler is designed to cool them as one of its functions.
Air coolers perform as good as water coolers these days and they give users a ease of mind.
