Rip audio from iPlayer Radio?

Is there a good, fast way to rip some audio from iPlayer Radio to mp3 or something so I can burn it to CD please?

Why dya want to rip audio from the radio? Its more hassle trying to rip tracks from the radio than finding the actual tracks. Whatever tracks are playing on there can easily be found through Google in mp3 format
