How to watch BBC iPlayer and other UK TV Podcast outside UK?

Hi,
is there any chance to watch British TV podcast online outside UK?
If someone have an idea for proxy or IP changing software, please let me know which one, the name of software, that really works.

Thanks for suggestion, Ive tried several proxy sites and all I get is this note:
To play or download Top Gear: Series 14: Episode 3 you need to enable JavaScript. How?

I did everything to enable JavaScript and in FireFox and Internet Explorer, but nothing.
Is there any other thing to do?

To some of them, it works, but there are also a lot negative responses.
This is not a small work, there are a few guides so it requires time and patience and one time, before about 6 months I tried to work with Tor, but it was difficult to me.
Will try this soon.

Just tried the Tor and it works good. I’m in Serbia.

But when I think about it, its a lot more easy to download the show here or by the torrents than doing all this. Just came by to say that it works :mrredhat:

You can buy Hide IP which will give you an IP address in UK or USA. It will open ITV and BBC.

I think the best is ‘film on’ it shows live ITV,BBC,Channel 4 & many others, when it asks you to sign in just click ‘skip’ if you are a bit wary… was my lifeline for ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ You have to download the player but it takes about 5 min and then you are ready to watch
