Remove duplicate ebooks

I recently downloaded a ~ censored ~ of ebooks (10K dutch ebooks) from differen sources. Most of them are unique, but a lot (probably 2K or so) are duplicates. They are not 100% duplicates so itunes or the programs I tried cant find them. CopyTransTuneTastic finds a lot of them, but is SO uneasy to use and takes hours to manualy delete the duplicates one by one with a lot of steps.
Does anyone know a program to remove these duplicates (just like CopyTransTuneTastic)?

Can’t think of any names of programs, but I’d find something that can search by hash to identify duplicates and remove them that way.

Use Beyond Compare 3 Professional edition, you can compare their CRC, Binary and supports many more custom rules!

For the eBooks, use the free Calibre software and import all the eBooks in Calibre, it will detect all the duplicates and ask you whether to import them or not. Say No, then use your Calibre library and you only have one book of each title.
