give people time! bumping your post in a day won’t solve anything.
i am no expert but SHELL32.dll has something to do with windows GUI and from the looks of things user32.dll is conflicting with it or something.
did the release have “user32.dll” or “shell32.dll” inside the folder?

i been searching and it appears you are missing a hotfix or something. that is the fix for the error you are getting. please report back if it works.
