Recovering CD key of aoe3 from another win installation.

Pls help with this. I have 4 OS on my system. 1 OS win xp does not work anymore but i have games installed on it. One of them is AOE3. I try and run AOE3 from the win xp HDD on my other OS win 7. This means i have not installed this game on win 7. I have lost my cd key btw. Before the game starts up it asks me for cd key. SInce reinstallation is out of the question for me can i somehow retrieve the cd key from my win xp installation?
Does anyone know the location of where it’s stalled?

do you need the exact cd key from your install or are you able to use a different cd key?

Try using Game Key Revealer, it will pull the key off of the registry.

Guys solved this a few days back. Already played a few aoe3 games using my old nick.
