Need help recovering data! OMG please help!

I uninstalled a program (DC++) and it deleted all the subfolders.
I forgot and didn’t realize there crucial files I needed in the download folder in the DC++ folder!
Is there any way for me to get em back??
I checked my recycling bin and nothings inside!!!
I had important videos & excel files if that helps. Omg I’m pulling my hair out right now!!!!
Please if you know any solution, anything at all, I’m willing to try anything, please let me know!

GetDataBack. Avoid downloading anything, because it can and will overwrite any stuff you may want to recover. Get a portable version, if possible.

you would be better off getting a boot disk and recover to a 2nd drive
then no overwrite worries
“active boot disk” in appz section has recovery apps and can utilize USB disks

nope
and you don’t want to boot to your hard drive as that may be overwriting the files
