Recommend me a Tweaked 7

Hi all. I would like to have your recommendations of a Tweaked 7 x64, mainly gamer, but not so stripped out.

Get an untouched copy, install and tweak yourself. It will be way better suited for your taste. If you strictly want a modified version try Tiny 7.

Yeah I have Tiny 7, but I’m looking for something more updated, if possible.
