Quick RS Premium user help

Ok, well I want to donwload this one file from rapidshare because I can’t find it anywhere else but the problem is that RS says that all free slots are in use.
The problem is that this file is only 60kb big! Less than a MB!!
Now I was wondering if someone could download this for me and upload it to mediafire…. mediafire doesn’t require an account to upload…
