Properties for Sysinfo

Each time I start my computer I get a little window with the name “Properties for Sysinfo”, like when you rigt click on a file and click on properties, I can put up screenshot if needed?
But does anyone might know why this comes up each time I start my computer?

its nothing bad just was in the rong section and mods just moved it for ya.
