proper clean crack or patch for Eset Nod32 3.0.672

please guys , I have ESET NOD32 Antivirus & Smart Security 3.0.672
& can’t find a patch for them , I have one but it has a trojan ( NodLogin 9.7 )
& I need help with finding a proper patch .
