So, I got windows(in case people get confused) because I searched for the issue before on google and all I could find is people talking about the same issue but they are in a Linux OS and it happens to them. But I’m on Windows. And so ya for YEARS this has been happening, every single program I open seems to keep opening in the top left corner, except my browser. It’s not that I want them to open at full screen I just want them to open “center” view….I don’t understand why I have to scroll my mouse WAY up to the corner to drag the application to the middle of my screen. Is there anyway to edit that like maybe in Regedit? I don’t mind going in there and editing stuff.
