Problem With Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.1 Intel PC

Can some one help me step by step only using Windows 8 to get Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.1 Intel PC to work?

i used the MOD CD or legacy boot but get an error and cant figure away around it pls wait i will upload a picture of it
