How to install mac osx snow leopard ?

Hello warez. i saw many tutorials on how to install mac osx on a PC but i dont know how to do that :
my system configuration is
cpu : intel Dual Core E2180 2.00 Ghz
Ram memory : 2x1GB
Mother Board : biostar 945p-a7g
graphic card : nvidia 9400 GT 1GB
HDD : sata 500 GB
monitor : KTC 19″
can i install the mac osx snow leopard on this PC..
ps : i want to dual boot with windows 7

First off all change TITLE into Hackintosh…
Second… you MUST check hardware compatibility
