problem of win7 spanish language pack install

i have a problem on my windows. i have win 7 ultimate installed pc. its original language was english and i installed turkish language pack from windows update. it works very well. now i use it turkish. but, i started to learn spanish and i just wanted to make my pc spanish to help for learning spanish.
i took win7 spanish language pack from windows update but when i was trying to install it, my computer is frozen. i tried for 3 times and my pc has frozen everytime. i couldnt install spanish language pack. why is my pc getting frozen? 
how can i install it
do i have to uninstall turkish pack to install spanish pack??
