Language pack

Hello everyone . I just bought a laptop and it is in chinese and i tried to change language but i cant understand nth in chinese.I googled it but nothing. Someone help.
I am useing windows vista home basic.

I think if you have a foreign language OS you can’t change the interface to another language. Tho, I haven’t really tried. Format and reinstall English OS might be the cleanest way to go.

Thanks no other way left i should fprmat adn install drivers.
