Poor Sound Quality

Ive got a set of JVC headphones and I thought they might of had a bit of bass to music I play. But they dont. It sounds really dull, there brand new and I have another set which sound awful to.
Althought music plays fine, its like there isnt any bass or owt there, its just normal sound music. Trying my hardest to explain this lol.
But is there anything in my sound settings thats gone wrong which would improve my sound quality for youtube videos/music on my laptop?

well,try them on some other pc 1st or player to see if JVC are bad,if not try updating drivers,or setting up a BASS inside of your player.It happens that youtube videos have bad quality.

Don’t expect good sound quality from youtube videos and may i add
to the fact that if you do want excellent sound quality playing from your PC
then you most definitely need to have a good sound card, onboard integrated
sound is pathetic. go hard or go home (:
