Plugged in, not charging

Please help
When I plug in my laptop for charging it show sometime plugged in, not charging

Maybe faulty charger..
Does it do the same if charger is unplugged from the mains?

I charged with original charger that comed with laptop
No it does not show when I unplugged

Batteries are only really good for 12 months. But could be charger as suggested.

How old is the charger?
If plugging it in other chords doesn’t change the situation then it’s likely to be a faulty charger. Try different power chords and also a different charger. If the problem persist with a different charger, it could be a laptop problem.
