Playstation 2 (Slimline) Help?

I have a slimline playstation 2 and i want to start downloading games and playing them, what should i use to allow me to play them because my playstation hasn’t been modified to play them i dont want to spend too much on it because i don’t play my playstation much but i will if i can download games thanks in advance for any help

If you don’t want to mod your PS2 then there exists a, perhaps, easier solution: Swap Magic. You just need to insert a special disk into your PS2 and then replace it with the disk with the game you downloaded and you would be able to play. Here’s some info on it:

I would however, still recommend modding your PS2, it’s much more comfortable.

I dont want to MOD it as there is nowhere around my area that i can get it modded the swap magic looks good but i dont know where to buy it, the UK store doesnt work

RE-EDIT: Would this work:
Get someone with a Swap Magic Disc to rip it then i download it to a DVD and put it in my ps2? i dont think it would but im curious
