this has already been asked here and i will answer the same as i did then. yes you can download PS3 games on quite some places yust search, but you cant play em because there is no firmware mod or hardware mod for it.

i think he means, transfer them to his PS3 and play them on his PS3, not play them on his computer, or did you mean theres no firmware/hardware mod available on the PS3 to play downloaded games.

you cant play them on the ps3, it hasnt been hacked yet because of what sony did
