Play PS3 Games from USB HDD or USB Drive without installing?

As far as I’m concerned that’s not possible. Seeig how you’ve jailbroken your PS3 you should know a bit about the PS3.
The only way this is possible (as far as I know) is to map dev_hdd1 (or dev_hdd2, not sure) to dev_usbxxx. But now that I think of it, that’s not possible either, since the PS3 uses a different disk format.
