pick up online shippments at shipping location

Im getting some computer parts I dont want the shipping company to deliver it to my house they just leave it in the doorway dont ring bell no nothing. can I tell them to hold it at their location and I drive at the store and pick it up? do I tell the seller or the company they ship with

Depending on who you ship with / which country you are from, you can usually ask the seller to get SIGN FOR postage. This means that the only way they can deliver the parcel is by getting a signature from you at your address. Hope this helps.
