Paypal is DAMN lazy ! is it?

Today is 27-Oct-2010. It has been 8 days still “in process”. Why paypal taking so long to take decision ?
I have contacted with paypal by sending email. and they keep sending **bleep** bot mails in respect of my every emails !!

funny thing is that i have never sold anything in my life !! i always purchase things from ebay.
Lol , never happened with me,, Also i only purchase through ebay.. used a VCC to verify. thats it.

I traded 2 of my RS Account i.e – 1 Month x 2 = 1 VCC, he the seller was seeling these on some hacking site! but the VCC worked just fine.

they aren’t regulated and the average citizen can’t afford a legal battle.
Switch to a different payment processor (i suggest you go with moneybookers)
and consider yourself lucky! you only lost 50 buck,It could have been worse.

from India) They’re only truly regulated in Europe
since they moved their European headquarters to Luxembourg
and opened a bank there,In non European countries Paypal
is not acknowledged as a bank and isn’t subjected
to the same kind of regulation so they can get away with alot
of things.

You really have no idea what you are talking about do you? They are heavily regulated even in INDIA, In fact the restrictions were tightened even more earlier this year by the Reserve Bank of India. Those restrictions outwiegh the ones adhered to by most normal indian banks.

Well as a Business seller and a buyer using ebay (And other sites) for over 10 years, The only problems I’ve had with paypal were my own fault. When you say moneybookers is better for sellers, What you are really saying is that it’s easier to scam people using moneybookers as they offer users NO PROTECTION.
