anyone else having trouble??

Answer #1
I was able to access and logon to PayPal with no problem.
Try putting PayPal’s numerical IP address in your hosts file located in:
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Make sure if youre using Notepad to look for all files not just .txt files.
I don’t know what PayPal’s numerical IP address is so you’re going to have to look that up yourself.
Answer #2
Call paypal…I wouldn’t rely on anyone else to help me with something as sensitive as that.
No offense guys…
Answer #3
Well if you tried accessing PayPal with several browsers and neither of them worked, it means the problem is not at your end. It’s at PayPal’s end …. all major websites have occasional problems. I’d say, just wait couple of days and try again.
Answer #4
Well, I accessed paypal just fine. If you cleaned out all the history, cookies , temporary internet files and it is still not connecting / resolving to paypal try this;
1. open the command prompt : Start > run > cmd
2. Type : ipconfig /flushdns
Now re-open your browsers and try to reach paypal.com
