if you use a normal bankaccount you need to put money on it
if you use a credit card you can just pay
now buy something (ebay or a webshop) and on the checkout choose paypal as your payment method
then you should geta button that says “pay now”, click it
you will be redirected to the paypal website and asked to log in
after you have logged in you’ll get a page witha button to pay
just click it and confirm and you have payed something with paypal (you’ll receive a mail with mroe details)

after making a account, if you are a seller you can ask someone to send payment to your account, your account will be credited for the amount they pay, and you can buy the amount credited to your account.
however if you wish to buy items over the amount in your account (lets say you create a account and sell a cell phone for $60 dollars, and $60 dollars is credited to your account, if you want to buy something over $80 dollars), you will need to enter in a credit card or bank account for them to withdraw the difference.
Know this, not all places accept paypal, you will need to find places that do accept paypal.
