opening master settings in photoshop

anyone know the comand to open master settings in photoshop i think its ctrl alt + something else dont remember, what im trying to do is get the cross thinggy in the middle of the brush and change the color depth I need it to set to 150 dpi anyone know how?

you can see the DPI of the image if you go to the menu on top, select Edit / Image Size.
In there you will see the size in inches or centimeters, whatever you haev it set to. Then below that you’ll see the DPI, probably 72, 150, 200, 300, etc…that’s where you change it.

thanx man but I dont see dpi settings Image are resolutions and dpi same thing?

related but not the same
DPI is what your printer reads, resolution(dimensions) is what shows on you screen
changing DPI will change the resolution (800×600) but changing the resolution will not change DPI
