If you don’t want to download them using a manager like Jdownloader etc, just e-mail yourself the links and they will become hyperlinks – but it’s slower downloading through your browser.
I use an app called “ClipCache” to capture coded links and make the clickable in a ClipCache window

I was trying to think of the name of that app, I used it in the past, yes it’s easier than e-mailing yourself the links
Linkification extension for Firefox? That will make links clickable and they make it easier to open coded links, ie not originally hyperlinks.
And/or RS linkchecking greasemonkey script which can also make links clickable as well as checking they work.
if you have premium acc of MU click Direct Download ON…..
Maybe thats not the case so you have to open each link in tab and click download everytime
dont know about JD
Copy the links to a text file and open it with your browser. After that you can open them all at once with the help of a linkify script and an addon like Snap Links (for Firefox) or Linkclump (for Chrome).
