New psi makes rattling noise.

it could be the power supply fan, or loose fan, or loose hard drive,
but you would get more help on google
my guess its the fan.
search, psu seems to be making a rattling noise
THere were to Little Sterofoam Rings. Stuck to the inside of the Fan and a Fan blade, that seemed to be rubbing each other. Took them out and it works fine.
I beileve they are to stop the Fan blade from moving to provide the bearings, during transport and such.
Probably some packing material that got in through the fan slots..
Anyhow good to get that fixed, now you can enjoy the rest of it
