i want to have Windows 7 and XP on my new one and i want to partition it 100GB(Win7)/100GB(XP)/300GB(Stuff) and merge old one (60GB/100GB) and use it as a slave (if it is recommended). maybe someone has better solution for disk partitioning (about size)?
2.
i know what i want to do but i’m not sure i know what’s the best way to do it.
so, what to do first, which software to use to partition and merge, which OS to install first (i think i know that – XP?)
3.
Thanks in advance!

Answer #3
if you want to just start fresh
connect the 500bg
boot to current windows (160bg) and use disk mgt to partition the new drive (all 3 primary & NTFS)
shutdown and disconnect the 160gb
install windows’es (XP then 7)
reconnect 160gb and be sure boot order is set to 500gb
