Neuview Media Player Audio Help

I just downloaded it, because I read it makes movie look a lot better, which is important for me.
I have no clue how to get the audio to work. The movie I’m trying to watch is a img of Kill Bill 2 and I’ve watched it with VLC and the audio works fine.
However, with this it just wont play.
Can someone help me out here please?

U need appropriate audio codecs most probably AC3
get K-Lite codec pack (search for it on google)
Most codec packs are pretty stable now as compared to earlier so u shouldnt have any problems using the latest version

I got the K-Lite pro installed and it still wont work.
Edit: It just wont play with this one player, it’l play with VLC, media player classic etc.

I’m also having a problem with an ISO movie, I can’t select the menu options so I can select subs or differnt audio.
Am I doing something wrong?
I can select them on another player though
