Need help understanding what sites i am allowed posting

I have come across a great site that hasn’t been posted here that i can find. The site is megaupload links as well as others to download music that is rather difficult to find. I have read over the posting rules however i would rather be safe than sorry and ask someone who would know better than me. As i can not decide whether it falls within the rules or not.
The site requires no payment or sign in. I have downloaded a few files and it seems to be virus free. I guess my question is would the site fall under a site category? or am i allowed to post it. 2ndly would it fall under the link heaven category or music.
Thoughts would be greatly appreciated. As im eager to contribute to .
