Need Help Playing Back Videos Without Video Problems Help ME

I’ve been having the weirdest problems with video i get a weird breaking up of the video when i view a video on a website to just watching it on a media player. i don’t know what this can be i’ve tried just about everything taught id ask you guys since some of you know more then me i just got a new video card also spend a good amount on it. I want to thank you guys for reading this and for replying.

If you want help, you need to post specs. Do you really expect us to psychically know what computer you have, what browser your using, what version of flash player is installed? How do you expect anyone to help you with the problem when you provide no details?

windows 7 64bit
amd athlon 2 x2 240 processor 2.80
6gb ram

What type of videos and on what player, for example ?
You got the latest AMD drivers for the video card?

I would first try completely uninstalling your video drivers. Redownload them from ATI’s site and see if that resolves the issues.
