My Xbox 360 now all of the sudden will load backup and legit copies, and you’ll hear this scratching sound. and i hit guide go to dash board and there’s this big ring all around my Walmart bought Fable 2, and My MKvsDC CCCLX backup. Is my drive starting to mess up? I do remember that if you played a Sega Dreamcast Backups (Cd-R) too much it could ruin the Lens. Even tho that is irrelevant. Im new to the whole 360 Scene so yeah.

Using high quality media and burning at low speeds? If not, it will wear the lens out quicker and cause more strain reading discs, and what’s happening to you is the result.

Im Using Sony DVD+DL’s & Verbatim DVD+DL, and burning at 2.4x

Put F2 on your X360 HDD ?
