Multi Messenger.. How?

I want to open more than one messenger at a time. Does someone got a patch or something that can make this happen?
I got MSN MESSENGER 9 BETA.

You need MSN+ to do what you want to do

Or Trillian, if you want to log into multi msn/hotmail id’s at once.
