Windows Live Messenger/MSN Messenger still works?

I can still Log in in MSN Messenger 7.5 in Windows XP in VMware Workstation. People still using this program or not?

M$ have stopped developing Messenger long time ago! They bought Skype 3 years ago, And integrated existing Messenger users to it as well. So no, Hardly anyone uses it nowadays.
