MS Outlook 2007 assistance
August 8th, 2016
I am in desperate need of assistance. I have two machines, one email address and I would like to make it so that they both see the same inbox REAL TIME >>> both machines should receive the email and when one user on the one machine reads the email, it should de-BOLD on the both machines/outlooks …… that way user one reads the email and user two knows that that particular email has been taken care of.
DETAILS OF MACHINES:
Machine 1:
Windows 7 32 bit – MS Outlook 2007 [same version from same installation media on both machines]
Machine 2:
Windows 7 64 bit – MS Outlook 2007 [same version from same installation media on both machines]
*** NOTE *** Machine 2 is considered to be the “server” and Machine 1 has full access on the LAN to Machine 2
If there is a free way of achieving my request, I am all for it …….. if there is no free way but by use of an application that I have to pay for … kindly provide an app available for download and with a working patch/crack/keygen.

THANK YOU in advance for taking the time to read this and if you can assist, thank you for your input and assistance.
quite simple :
connect Outlook to an MS Exchange Server or a IMAP Server, that way outlook will keep the mails in sync on the server , not on the client ( POP3 ) …
EDIT :
your email provider HAS to offer you an Exchange or IMAP mailbox for that, otherwise it will not be possible with a POP3 mailbox.
EDIT 2 :
If there is a free way of achieving my request, I am all for it ........ if there is no free way but by use of an application that I have to pay for ... kindly provide an app available for download and with a working patch/crack/keygen.
For crying out load … do you now want someone to search and upload the stuff for you ? presenting it on a silver plate ?
guess I’m in a foul mood today , so sorry for the harsh words … had to get em off my chest
