Metal gear solid V running fix

Hi all. I noticed that in my game running is very fast and unnetural but as I can see in some gameplays it can run normal, so please does someone have a solution for that?
I’m playing on pc and have V2 crack with update 5. Here is mine:

The problem is in the game, if you upgrade arm mobility +3 then he runs faster, so if you don’t like it don’t upgrade that because it can not be downgraded.

That game was never completely cracked properly. It is what it is today. I don’t see any new cracks for this game in the
near future.
yours is more of a game bug

No, it’s not a bug, I edited first post. That is the game concept, if you upgrade Mobility +3 for your arm, he runs faster but the animation is stupid. That ability can’t be downgrade. Luckily I saved game before that upgrade.
